How can I activate SIM card instead of eSIM

Hello,

I was not able to activate my eSIM, so I was advised to purchase a physical SIM card, which I did.
Could you please let me know how I can activate it?
I have already paid for the plan.

But you can try the esim setup again.  Remove all the old sim and disable old esim.  Make sure PM esim is enabled is the only one enabled there.  Reset Network settings and test

if you are really changing back to physical sim, buy a PM sim from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store or Amazon

check if the eSIM already installed, if so, enable it and give it another try.  Click Reset network settings and test

if you wants to give up eSIM, but a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store or Amazon, then message PM and ask them to help changing it

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

If a CS Agent has advised you to purchase a SIM card, then they should have reset your account so you may enter it yourself. Here's where you enter it. Just log in to your account.
