My phone seems to be calling the wrong phone number for Greener Home Loans (1-866-292-9517). When I call that number I get a message "the call could not go through, please hang up and try again" but if I stay on the line it eventually rings but I then get a busy signal with the recipient IDs as "Air Treatment ClimateCare" which has nothing to do with Greener Home Loans. If I call the same number from my Bell home phone I get Greener Home Loans as expected and all works fine.

I just tried that number and was successful in getting connected. I do know some Public Mobile customers were experiencing issues last week or so dialing 800 and 866 numbers. If you click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of getting Customer Support to help...I'm sure they can fix for you.

it is not they called but the wrong number but a problem calling 1-800/1-888 generally. There have been some posts about this issues and it need to be resolved by PM support agent on the system
