Apple's Call Screen

Can someone please advise me if PM supports call screen. The agent that I am dealing with did not answer this question and told me to contact Apple. I have contacted Apple and they said that I need to verify if my carrier supports call screen as apparently not all

do. Has anyone in the community had success with call screen working on iOS 26. I have it activated correctly in my settings, but it does not work.

when someone calls you, it should show either the calling number OR the name associated with that number if you have it in your contacts.

The CS agent finally replied to my question with the following:

Public Mobile may allow certain iPhone features to function to some extent, it does not officially support Apple's Call Screening feature, and users may experience limited functionality with other call management features. The feature is new and we don't have an official statement that Public Mobile supports or not call screen.

Is anyone able to have call screen function properly on their iPhone.
