Blank calls

Lately when I make an outgoing call its just silent - the screen says calling but there is no sound.  so I hang up and call again and everything is fine.  On the same note, sometimes when I get a call I cant her anything for the first 5 seconds.  I am on 5g and I have a Pixel 7.

what phone do you have?

try Reboot phone and Reset network settings

if you have another phone around and if you are using physical sim, test the physical sim there

but if you are using eSIM, you can try with a new esim.  Get a relacement esim for free by using the app.  Go to Account page on the app and choose Purchase sim card and choose esim

but if you still hear the silence, ask PM to refresh your account on the system.  

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
