Unable to submit Ticket

I have tried a few times to submit a Ticket and receive a message back that says Error 404. Other attempts to get help have failed

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Website is finicky at times.  Maye clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.
