I recently purchased a Nothing Phone 3 from Best Buy in New Brunswick, Canada. I transferred my physical SIM over to it and set it up. Everything seemed to be working until my sister tried to send me a group MMS message from her iPhone and I didn't get it. All my other Android using family members received the text but me, it showed something was trying to download from her but it would not load and every time someone replies I get another message trying to download from that person and again it doesn't load. Previous to the Nothing Phone 3 everything worked fantastic, never had any issues. I checked all the settings and everything looks correct. Is this a carrier/phone model compatibility issues?

Also, in the upper right corner in the status bar it shows VoLTE which is why I asked the question if it's a carrier/phone compatibility issue
