Hello! I'm trying to switch from Telus, got my sim card, went to transfer my number, it spins on activate subscription. I don't make it to install esim/sim. it says Subscription Not activated, then prompts me to get support.
Do I put my sim card in, and try for a 4th time, or what do i do?

Hi, Yes my card has been charged. I am using the PM app to switch over. I will send a private message. Thanks

First check if your credit card has been charged. Did you use the PM app to start or finish the activation?
