Trying to change my password using text.  Get my codes then when I tap confirm the screen goes blank.  I’m trying to get a new eSIM card as I get an SOS signal on my phone and cannot send emails.

Try again using both browser with Incognito mode and PM app 

For you SOS issue, did you try using the sim on another phone? Or you are using eSIM now?

To get physical sim card, best to get the PM sim card in person from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klink store
