Poor reception.  Not able to access voice mail messages.  Requires new eSIM when I reboot my phone.

My status bar shows SOS.  I have not been receiving calls.  Tried rebooting.  Status bar is now blank.  Do I need a new eSIM ?

Cannot connect to network

Get SOS error message.  No connection.  Have installed new eSIM card.
