My status bar shows SOS. I have not been receiving calls. Tried rebooting. Status bar is now blank. Do I need a new eSIM ?

@Hnausacaptive it's possible that you might need a new eSIM but tey and do some more troubleshooting first.
Have you checked that your account is active?
Things to try, restart phone, reset networks amd restart again. Try airplane mode on and off.

Have eSIM, so no physical card. Have had no notices of updates.

do not delete the esim card yet
check if your account is active. Or ask PM to help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

First reseat your SIM card and reboot.
As a remote chance is service out in your area…..not sure but I doubt if that would cause the SOS message.
Update the operating system as well if it needs one.
Any recent damage to phone including water?
