I’m unable to get any data / web browsing on Public Mobile currently I’ve restarted my IPhone, toggled Airplane Mode on and off; nothing helps. SMS is still coming through, and I’m seeing the 5G indicator. Everything works fine on WiFi too. How do we fix this?

OMG, what a crappy service from Public.
Thank you CW15 after reading your latest post about billing. I recently got a new card and forgot it was associated with this account. Most business that I deal with if the payment did not go through I would get an email or text if my payment failed so I can rectify before turning off the service. All good now.

Ok I figured it out. It was a billing problem; my credit card expiry changed and Public Mobile couldn’t process my payment. But you also disabled my data *before* informing me that the payment was declined. If I wasn’t able to get onto wifi, I wouldn’t have even known that this was the problem, much less have been able to fix it. That’s self-defeating practice.

Reset the Network setting on your iPhone.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

I don’t know; I haven’t had anyone try to call me yet as far as I know. I’ll try testing it out. SMS is coming through though.

Same here, tried to call my partner who is on Public and the call failed.

Are you able to get phone calls? Everything works expect data?

Which iPhone do you have?

I’ve done both of those; no change.

@CW15  check to make sure that your data is not turned off by mistake. 

You could also reset networks.
