Hello,

I have read that downloading a PM eSim may activate the VoLTE feature. *#*#4636#*#* confirms VoLTE Provisioned but greyed out.

Is this correct?

The VoLTE provisioning information is not found in the network settings.  It is in the hidden service menu.  I am not 100% certain, I think Samsung has incorporated the information to the SIM status tab.

@RG6U , if you are seeing that VoLTE is provisioned you are good to go.  The greying out generally means it is not an editable field.  It is simply display information.
