I was on publicmobile with an Moto G stylus 2023 and esim.
At my cottage (St-Alexis des monts) on the tower everything (voice and DATA) was working great except speed was not that high.
I gave my phone to my wife, reset it and install her physical SIM. And DATA is working great but no voice at my cottage. Voice is working great at home (St-Hyacinthe).
I did look at the settings and the VOLTE setting is not there.
Any thought

the thing is everybody can do call with other provider at the cottage. And the moto g was my phone before I gave it to my wife. at that time I was able to do phone call with it. and my wife has the same problem with her precedent phone...
can it be something in the PM sim settings

so, all these are issue on the Moto G Stylus and happen in your cottage?
no need to look for VoLTE toggle, that is hidden by the network but your phone can do VoLTE
maybe some network issue in your area. If you need to make calls and data works., download TextNow and make an account and use it to make calls for now.
of course, you can also make calls using Whatsapp or Facetime if you are calling friends on the mobile and they have the app installed (but make sure you understand Whatsapp/Facetime are not Wifi calling)

when i try to do a phone call . the lte disappear after 20sec then ! appear and phone say cell network is not available for phone call.

@leblanda Then if you don't have wifi you don't need to turn it off. Just make a phone all and watch the LTE symbol at the top of the phone to see if it changes.

We dot not have wifi at the cottage.
I reset the network setting, that doesn't resolve the problem.

@leblanda There isn't necessarily a VoLTE setting, it is enabled by default on compatible phones. My iPhone gets VoLTE but has no toggle for it in settings. You can test it by turning off wifi, turning on LTE data and making a phone call. Does it drop to 3G? There has been some repurposing of the two 3G bands but that phone should have VoLTE based on the current approved list. If it still doesn't work after @BKNS27 's suggestion then you can submit a ticket with support at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

Try resetting the Network Setting and reboot your phone.
