eSIM installed on the wrong phone

I just installed my new eSim but somehow it was installed on the wrong phone as a second number and the phone I just canceled it's service has no service at all now and I don't know what to do now. Both phones are I phone and they are good for eSim service. Note that I already put all the right information and the IM number for the good phone I don't know how this mistake happened.

You should download the PM app on the right phone.  Then login into your self service account.  Then purchase another eSIM from the app (should be free) and it should install the eSIM on the right phone. Then the other eSIM in the wrong phone would be inactive.

How did you cancel service?

If you paid but cancelled you will not get a refund.
I believe you are eligible for a free eSIM. Read a bit in a Help file or create a ticket to get a new eSIM for free.
