I tried for days to change online my plan subscription to 6Gb $23 to take effect on renewal date.
My session kept timed out while waiting the change is in LOADING.

Plan changes via the app or website can be a hassle — from personal experience, take screenshots of your desired new plan (as seen within your personalized subscription options) and submit to customer support via the chat function

Try to use different browser. Use computer. Clear cache, use incognito mode.
You will be able to change plan ONLY if it appears on your account after log in. All other plans will not be available to you if you know about them.

Website is finicky. Logout of your account, Then clear cache or incognito mode. Logback in . You can also try a different web browser.
Or you can also try the PM app itself. Or a different device

use the app and log in to your account > Manage Subscription..it should show you your current plan and also if you successfully sched'd a plan change for next renewal.
If not shown, clear cache in your cell, then log in again and re-try your plan change again.
