Poor reception.  Not able to access voice mail messages.  Requires new eSIM when I reboot my phone.

Something is off here @Hnausacaptive  How do you have poor reception but your phone needs a new eSIM? 

Sounds like you need to refresh your network settings and also have Public Mobile to reset their end as well.

Create a ticket for them to reset.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

Also, depending on your phone, your phone may only be capable of 3G. 3G in your area may have been removed.
