Updating the credit card numbers

Each time when I type in updated information and press submit button it shows only old numbers of my credit card. I tried many times and now I have a very limited time to change my payment method or my phone will be silenced. Thanks hor the help.

Ok if I change plans - after 3 years - and upgradde to the Can Us plan  - can someone clarify the 90 subscription in the fine print - data renews every 90 days - If I do not opt for this (or is it an option) do I keep the month to month?

No 4G options for current subscribers
