You have to wait for the next billing cycle. Some of the replies say 72 hours but for me I had to wait for my next payment before the $10 credit was applied.

It took until the next payment date to see my $10 credit. I was worried as well bit it definitely did come through. It's a credit rather than a discount so it's applied afterwards towards future service I guess.

The $10 credit will apply in your account in 72 hours. The account that gave the referral, the 1 point/month will be applied on the next renewal date.
