My credit card is no longer working when trying to pay for my plan. Nothing wrong with the card as I am using it for other purchases. I pay for three different accounts and they have all stopped working. Please help

I might just try that to get services back so I can transfer my number to another carrier and be done with this nonsense.

Instead of using the app or website which can be glitchy, try calling *611 or 1-855-478-2542 and paying by credit card (or voucher).
To fix your app, you should contact the customer service agent:

You sure there is no problem with the card?
If you need to resume service fast, buy vouchers from Shoppers or London drugs and then login My Account to load the voucher
