can't sent picture message

Hello,

 

I can't seem to send or receive picture messages. My plan is unlimited messages so I know it's covered and I have compared my APN settings as was mentioned in one of the other posts. Still no luck. My wifi and data are both on and functional. Any ideas? I'm on android btw.

I’m having the same issues. No solutions yet.
Seems to be a Public Mobile issue.

Which model phone do you have?  Some older Android phones have issues with MMS messaging.

You could try setting your APN settings to following:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

HI @Lixia2025 make sure you have mobile data for MMS to send

if it still does not work, uninstall Google Message, then reboot, reinstall and make sure to set it as default messaging app and try again
