You have to wait for the next billing cycle. Some of the replies say 72 hours but for me I had to wait for my next payment before the $10 credit was applied.

It took about 30 minutes when I contacted them last week. I was supported though inbox messaging. They were very helpful and sorted the problem in about an hour.

Don’t install you new SIM until you reply YES to port message from your old supplier. You won’t receive texts to your number on your new SIM until your old carrier has done the port.

Go to manage subscriptions>change subscription option in the app. You will see what’s plans are available to you. You may not see cheaper options unless you port out to another carrier and the back again. Check the public mobile website without loggi...
