Issue Redeeming Points for Bill Credits

I just finally redeemed 45 points, 15 points for $15 of credits 3 times. Then I only received $15 of bill credits just once. I even got Three separate emails: each time saying:

"You’ve cashed in 15 Points for BillCrd-$15.

This credit will be applied towards your next renewal date.

Your new points balance is 5.3."

Instead of the balance dropping by 15 each time. Can someone help me?

@Nateklein  Log out of account and log back in with new webroswer using incognito mode private mode  , or check the app instead . Might just be cache issue if still not right with your email confirmation send that to support to investigate what went wrong 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  

If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
