Redeem Points

HI!  I have collected 20.42 points but there is no way for me to redeem my points. Can you provide a detailed step by step process or print screens? Thanks

I have experienced once you redeem you will see something like "you have enough points" then  you will be shown "balance".

I do not think there is much of a wait.  You may need to go out and back in to refresh, not sure exactly how but you will be up to date.

Using a browser, use this link to access Rewards Portal :
https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/

Click Catalog on the left side to open the Catalogue page. 

Then change the Category pull down menu and choose Bill Credits.  You will see "20 POINTS - $20 Bill Credit", click More Details, and then click Redeem and follow the steps

The $20 bill credit should deposit to your My Account as Available Funds within 48 hours, usually sooner

Hey there....more information:  I have clicked on the redeemed $20 bill credit...I guess I have to wait until I see it in the bill payment history?  Thanks so much.
