you need to have 20 points to redeem for $20 bill credit
you can login My Account first, then click Rewards on Top right to go to the Rewards portal.
At the Rewards portal, check if you have enough points. If so, click Catalogue and look for 20 Points - $20 Bill Credit on the page and redeem there
