just add to above, the system might not take around the $5 esim cost , but pay first and you can ask PM to reimburse after
If you really need to ask them to reimburse, simply submit ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Hey @Bella65
Very simple actually. You can't actually transfer eSIM to another phone. So what you have to do is download the Public Mobile app on your phone and then purchase a new eSIM. Don't worry. It will show $5 to purchase but once you get to the check out, it's free. It's that easy.
