How do I transfer my esim to my new phone when I don't have access to my old phone anymore

just add to above, the system might not take around the $5 esim cost , but pay first and you can ask PM to reimburse after

If you really need to ask them to reimburse, simply submit ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Hey @Bella65 

Very simple actually. You can't actually transfer eSIM to another phone. So what you have to do is download the Public Mobile app on your phone and then purchase a new eSIM. Don't worry. It will show $5 to purchase but once you get to the check out, it's free. It's that easy.

download the PM app to your new cell, log in to your account and you can buy a new esim...for free !!
