Hi there, my friend showed me this deal for Can-US-Mex ,$29. I don' t see it on my plan. To confirm, I can use this plan while in the US?

To see the plans available to you, you must log in to your account...not all plans are available to you. If you don't see it available in your plan menu, then you're outta luck.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
in case you really don't see it again, since you have the screenshot, show support the screenshot and ask them to help.

@LouiseCropley Yes, you can use it in the US, Mexico, and of course Canada.
Is that the main webpage or the Change Subscription area of your account? Just because it's on the website doesn't mean it's available to you. What plan are you on? If your current plan is more than $29 you likely can't change to that one.

@LouiseCropley Yes all the CAN/US /MEX plans have roaming built into the plans no need to buy anything else and you can use it in all 3 countries to and from for calls text and data

yes. With a Caanda-US-Meixco plan, you can use your service, call , text, and data in US and Mexico like you are in Canada, No extra roaming charges

@LouiseCropley It’s because your trying to lower your plan price and public mobile don’t like people downgrading plan price just like them to upgrade plan price so they make it difficult to lower plan price . So we can only change to the plans that are available to us to switch to in our accounts . Also remember when changing plans to use then change in renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle / no pro rating for unused time as PM is pre paid provider and no refunds

if you cannot see the plan, then you cannot change to it
but you can try asking PM to help and see if they are willing to help. Just use the Orange chatbot icon to create a ticket with PM and ask

PM is using a targeted Marketing scheme now. Now everyone sees every plan and you can only change to plans on your My Account's Change Subscription page
So, what plan amount you have? do you see the $35 and $45 roaming plans? would those work for you?
