Transfer from Koodo to pm eSIM not activating. I logged in and account say purchase eSIM. I did as first activation was stuck spinning. Purchase complete but no service. Please help needed

did you use the app to activate? did you get to the end of the subscription using the app?
If you did, the app would have installed the esim for you as part of the process. Please go to your phone's Sim Manager screen, check if the Public Mobile esim is there and enabled (or Turn on this line is enabled and set as Primary)
In case you don't see a Publc Mobile esim there, check the Welcome email from PM and there is a QR code to scan and install the esim
