@Ashley1661  If one charges is just pending it should fall off , but check your account payment history did public mobile charge you twice ? If not charges are posted

you sure one of them is not just pending charge?

and did you check My Account and see if the extra is stored as Available funds as a cedit? If it is there, you can choose to let it stay and it will be used for next renewal 

but if you want support to check and issue refund, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
