Hello! I have a 50GB plan and my mom has a 60GB plan. She's currently paying $5 less than I am and she gets more gigs. Can I get my plan upgraded to the 60GB for free since I'm paying more? Thanks!

You will need to login to your account and go to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There will be a lists of plans you are eligible to switch to. There might be a better plan available than your mother’s. Who knows…different plans for different members.

those plans might not available to everyone.  you have to login the account and go to Change Subscription and see if the plan you want is there.  If it is, use Change on Renewal to schedule the change.  But if not, sorry, you won't be able to get it
