Have not get points back since March

Hello, Today when I checked my account and just noticed that I didn’t receive points back for my payment made in March nor April 2025. I understand the delay for April as the payment was done today. However, I was supposed to receive the points back for the payment done in March. Can someone please help get my points back? Thanks!

i don't know much.  but the way you said that, I thought you know something we don't know and want to share

I did not say that. Do you know something that we do not know?

The fact is other people are reporting that they were unaware that they had been missing points until they checked. And they have to go through the trouble of contacting a customer agent in order to get those missing points back. If they do not, somebody wins and somebody loses.

@funpig1   so, you are saying PM did that on purpose?

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Rewards site, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
