I can receive texts, but I cannot send text message. It says there’s an error. I was using an android phone and I figured that there was something wrong with my phone so I took out the Sim card and put it in an iPhone 7. It’s still doing the same thing. I cannot send texts but I could receive them. I brought it to a kiosk. at the mall and they looked through it and they tried to fix it but they said that it had to do with Public Mobile itself so I’m just looking for information how to fix it. Do I get a new Sim card and all the problems go away.
