trying to register but web server error, now where IS my acct # located?

I was trying to first time register and things were going ok, until after I entered my password and clicked 'continue' and web server error came up .. it was for the 'host'. I am doing this all on my laptop/desktop and the internet didn't get disconnected. Using goggle chrome.

The page suggestion was to try again in a few minutes, so I did maybe 4 mins later by pressing the web browser 'reload'. I had no idea on "what exactly was the step to try again"? Then logged into my account, but not able to see my public mobile acct #. I know from talking to someone where I bought a SIM card they said to make note of that acct #, in case I needed to return the SIM (they need #), though they prefer not to refund SIM cards. The only thing on my dashboard was a few things and I added my ph#. 

Has anyone had a server error with the host? I have a screen shot if that's helpful? I am asking the community as the steps for trying to submit a ticket wasn't working 😞

More importantly, can someone help me -directions on WHERE to find my acct#? Not sure I want to buy a plan and pay until I know things are ok, now and future reference of acct # is great.

Things are usually fine with me and the internet but not this time. Grateful for your help with my few questions. Thanks.

Thanks. I don't use apps and please don't encourage I set up 🙂 So there's no way of seeing account # when on the website/desktop? If so, that doesn't make sense to me. For any business/service, if an account is created ALL information shall be seen no matter how that login is. 

If anyone can help me with the steps for submitting a service ticket? All I need is the URL. I suppose it's easy but I had trouble the other day.

Try login to your account on the PM app on your phone then go to the Account tab and it will show your account number information.

WAIT .. I realized that the acct # thing may not happen until after I sign up for a plan? Excuse me, I am getting tired and wasn't thinking clearly. In any case, can someone explain to me, at WHAT point I would see an account #? Thanks.
