Now 20 Points for $20 Plan renewal.

I've recently noticed an unannounced increase in Points required for $20 towards regular plan renewal...now you must redeem 20 Points instead of previous 15 Points to get $20 toward regular plan renewal. 🙄

(No Solution awarded unless you can get them to revert back to 15 Points / $20 $15 renewal )

yes, that was since the 15th.  I reported that earlier too

Oh well, at least it stil l Point for $1, just need a little bit more patience to redeem

Just to add, previously was 15 points for $15 plan credit, never really 15 points for $20
