Hello,
I recently joined public mobile. I gave my referral code to another friend that also signed up. They recieved $10 which is awesome, but I have not recieved my $10. I became active with Public on Jan 19th. They used my referral code on Jan 28 when activating their account. They got their $10 and I still have not gotten mine. I got a text saying I got the reward but there is nothing. Please help???

Correct. New customer gets $10 and you will get reward points each payment cycle.

Ok thank you! I guess I was misunderstanding how that all worked. So therefore if understanding, when my referral code is used, the user gets the $10 and I get reward points

As the existing customer (referer). you will not receive $10. Only the new customer receives $10. You will receive one friend reward point each 30 days as long as your friend stays with Public mobile. Once you accumulate 15 reward points, you can convert to $15 credit.
