Hello,

I redeemed my points for data but not reflecting in the system yet, any idea how long does take? When can I use them?

added...if you're using the app on your mobile device....log in to your account > Support > Contact Us... to start the process.

BTW...the only 25 Point data add-on is for 15 Day US talk / text / data add-on. That's for use whilst in USA. Please double check that you actually bought the correct data add-on. If you've not purchased the correct add-on, message Customer Support to get the correct one.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

I can see my points were already gone from 25 to "0" , which mean they took away the points but haven't added the data yet.

Thanks for your quick response, but nothing appears into my account even after an hour. I redeemed my 25 to use data but it doesn't reflect and not allowing me to use it.

Is there any customer service available to check?

should be available as soon as successfully purchased. Using mobile device. log in to your account on the app, Subscription / Usage Breakdown.....you should see your purchased data add-on there. If not...it didn't get bought.
