I can see my points were already gone from 25 to "0" , which mean they took away the points but haven't added the data yet.

Thanks for your quick response, but nothing appears into my account even after an hour. I redeemed my 25 to use data but it doesn't reflect and not allowing me to use it.Is there any customer service available to check?
