Hello, 

I processed to redeem my rewards point for 1GB data 2 days ago but still it is not working for me, is there any idea why? How can I use those data from my rewards points? It shows I need to use it within the 15 days but already 2 days are gone? Please advise, if you have any idea? Thank you

So, there are some red flags here in your comment that I need you to clarify with me if you could as I think there is something off with it.

You say it "expires in 15 days". To me, that sounds like you purchased a US addon. Meaning it won't work here in Canada. 

If you purchased a Canadian data addon for 1GB $15 it expires in 30 days.

You should log into your account and confirm which one you purchased. If you have purchased the incorrect addon, then you should reach out to a CS Agent and ask if you could get a credit to your account.

you need to login My Account and confirm if the add-on is there 

if it is there, reboot the phone and make sure no data limit set

if it is not there in My Account or or still unable to use, check with PM .  

open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
