please how do i cancel automatic data top up? public mobile keeps debiting my credit card

Agreed but I'm guessing the OP meant regular plan (including data) top up. Reasoning...he mentions PM keeps debiting is credit card. Autopay occurs for regular plan renewals, not data add-ons. One must manually buy data add-ons.

There's no such thing as automatic data top up. The customer needs to manually approve any data add-on purchase.

log in to your account to disable Subscribed (Autopay)...OR...once you successfully port your PM number to new provider, your PM account is deactivated automatically.
