I would like to cancel cell phone number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that is billed to my credit card around the 19th of each month for $25.20CDN. The Public Mobile account for this cell phone number was activated on March 20, 2024.
You can call/text me at cell xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx if you need additional information.

Hello @Karena2025
Public Mobile is a self serve service. You can stop the plan yourself by logging into your account and turning off auto payments.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription
Move the subscribe button to the left.
Another way to cancel your account is if you want to keep your phone number, you can port your number to another service provider. That will automatically close your account. Just know that there is no proration so you won't be refunded what you don't use.

PM is an online service and on a 30 days cycle so it is not on the 19th of each month. It shortens every 2 months by a day.
So login to your account and disable Subscribe button and after 90 days of nonpayment. Your account will be closed, SIM stops working and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
If you are having issues login. Type in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot to help you login.
