I placed an order for a physical sim card after thinking that my eSim in not accessible after my iPhone was stuck in a boot loop. I found out today that I can simply purchase a mew eSim on my account to get my number back.
I was wondering if I can cancel the physical sim card order that is still on its way or return it for a refund.

Likely you cannot cancel the physical sim order
But if you are existing customer, yes, you can login the app using email to get 2FA code and buy a new esim
Check with support agent about cancelling the order
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
Or message them using this link:

If its not shipped yet, you can probably cancel it but i doubt they will refund it. It's not part of what Public Mobile does. But use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask an agent if it's too late to cancel. Then you can continue to purchase the Esim and update the number under your profile.
