I have a sim and have paid but I cannot download the app and therefore cannot complete activation. I have spend hours on this and am out of time so I want to cancel and go with a provider that can activate service

Might be quicker to borrow a smartphone to activate your SIM/account. After which everything can be done from your computer.

@CharlesMitz   The link you were given to private message customer service agents should work as long as you are logged in to this community.  It goes to a pre-addressed private message, you just need to fill in your issue and hit Send, then watch your inbox for a reply (at envelope icon top right, or tap your avatar for messages) .  Please try the link again

the phone is good, you just need PM to help to complete the activation.  Just message them using the link I posted above

You have to go to chatbot, type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to ticket.

We are all customers here, no PM staff for support. You can get support when you open a ticket.
What phone do you have since you cannot download an app? PM has versions for both apple and android.

you don't need to ask for refund, PM can help to complete the rest of the activation after you paid.  So, no problem with the the app, just message them here:
