I was trying to enter the PROMO CODE and by mistake processed a payment of $25 for that 10GB as the process was confusing. Please cancel the $25 add-on and keep the promotional code. I do not wish to pay the extra $25.

But first login to your account and confirm that it was a purchase of the 10gb add-on.
My friend thought he paid for the 10gb Add-on but found out it was his $25 monthly renewal…just coincidence that it happen on the same day that he used the promo code.
