Good morning, I am hoping you can helpt me. My phone number does not show on file, a temporary phone number shows up still, so when I try to log in to the app, it says it sends a text to the other number, which I do not have. This is very annoying, I have tried to refresh the page, even delete and reinstall the app, but it still shows the same. I wanted to have access to the app to verify if i can add automatic payments to my account. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter,

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if you cannot get the text by Send email, then you will need to ask PM CS Agent for assistance. Private message CS Agent at:
