Urgent Help Needed: Recover Business Phone Number After Stolen Phone

Hi, I need urgent help from a Public Mobile Customer Support Agent.

My phone was stolen with my Public Mobile SIM card inside it. This phone number is used for my business, so I need to recover access to the number as soon as possible and prevent anyone from using the stolen SIM.

Here is the full issue:

I cannot log in to My Account because the email attached to the Public Mobile account is incorrect. I also cannot use the normal “Forgot Email” or OTP recovery method because the OTP would be sent to the stolen Public Mobile phone number/SIM, which I no longer have access to.

The chatbot suggested these steps:

  1. Use “Forgot Email” and verify using an OTP sent to my registered Public Mobile number.

  2. Log in and report the device as lost/stolen.

  3. Reset my EverSafe ID password.

  4. Buy a new SIM/eSIM and transfer the number.

The problem is that these steps do not work for my situation because I cannot receive the OTP on the stolen phone number, and I cannot access the incorrect email attached to the account. So I am stuck before I can even log in, report the device as stolen, reset the password, or transfer the number myself.

Please do not send me back to the OTP/login steps, because I cannot complete them. I need a real Customer Support Agent to manually verify my identity and help with account recovery.

I need help with the following:

  1. Suspend the stolen SIM/service immediately.

  2. Manually verify my identity using other account information.

  3. Update the incorrect email address on my account.

  4. Help me regain access to My Account.

  5. Transfer my existing business phone number to a replacement SIM or eSIM.

I can provide verification details, including:

  • The Public Mobile phone number

  • Name on the account

  • Address/postal code on the account

  • Payment card information used for the account

  • Recent payment date and amount

  • Any account PIN/security details, if available

  • Any other information needed to prove ownership

This is urgent because the number is connected to my business and customers contact me through it. Please connect me with a Customer Support Agent who can manually handle this instead of sending me back to automated OTP recovery.
