Lost phone

Hello Community members,

 

I hope someone can help me, as Public Mobile doesn’t have live customer support. I’ve lost my phone and have been trying to notify them without any success. I can’t access my account because the security code is sent to the lost phone. I don’t see many workaround options, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email" or "Send Voice Message" to get the code via email or via voicemail.  Yes, you can get the code via voicemail even you lost the phone.  Call yourself from another phone and click * when you hear the greeting and then enter the Voicemail PIN.

if you can login, then you can click Lost/Stolen to suspend the account. 

if you cannot login still, ask PM agent to help to suspend it.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
