I'm switching to Public and I tried to activate my esim and it wasn't working. I thought it was bc I didn't have enough room on my phone so I cleared some room and tried again. Now it says that I've tried to activate it too many times and to contact a support agent. Can anyone tell me how to contact a real person who can help me with this?

at which step in the activation you were stuck at? did you pass the payment step?
