I am telling you all now, do not use this phone provider. Yes the low cost is great but if something serious happens, like you account gets hacked and they steal your number, there is no one and I mean no one at this stupid company that is going to help you. My number was stolen, because criminals hacked my account, but there is no number to call and all you can do is put up these stupid messages on these community pages and hope they fix your problem. Well this happened a week ago and I am still waiting for someone at Public to actually help me!!! They send me messages and say they are working on it but then they deleted all our past conversations and now I am back at square one. They will not help you in a crisis and I just have to say it is the dumbest way to run a business. I will tell everyone neve to use this company. I will continue to post everywhere I can about just how absolutely terrible a company they are.

we feel bad for your situation, but we are just customers. So, posting so many time within minutes won't help
in the other hand, we know PM support agents are here to gemp, so no worries, just work with them via messaging. I think you have been doing so and we don't need to post the link again

If you are reading this, you may have seen my previous posts, so you know my account was hacked and my phone number was stolen. And the losers here at Public do not care and do not help you get this very serious situation fixed. So I am just letting folks know if you have had this issue like me, well good luck cause no one here is going to help you. I have reported to the CCTS, the police and the government fraud department, so I hope maybe one of those organizations will take it seriously and hold this bloody company responsible.

My phone has been hacked and my number has been stolen, I have contacted Public mobile several times and get stupid answers, like it will take 72hrs to do anything. Telus doesn't help and no one here will do anything to help. So now I will make it my mission to overload their inbox and message boards with my words. Cause I do not believe that they can actually fix the problem and if I stop one person from making the mistake of signing up with this worthless company, then it will be worth the effort.
