RCS not working

Ported from Rogers Saturday. While my # is working, RCS is not, and my texts are not coming through, nor are they being received. Is this common, and how long does it take to rectify? I've had friends switch and they didn't have to wait this long.

Port 2 number

Two numbers were ported to Public Mobile.Both payments were taken but only one number is active.Both SIMs are showing the same number.Please fix the second number or refund the second payment.
