Back in July my phone was stolen and I had a ESIM and now that I have a phone I’m trying to recover my account because it’s linked to all of my emails,iCloud and other important information so I can’t even log into my account to get access to my account. What do I do and what kind of support can you offer me so I can retrieve my account

You'd need to log into your Public Mobile self serve account to get a new eSIM (assuming that your new phone supports eSIM). It's in Account/Profile area of your account. When the self serve system tries to send a 2FA code, use the "didn't get code" option to have a code sent to the e-mail address linked to Public Mobile (assuming that your e-mail provider doesn't try to send a 2FA code to get into the e-mail account). I'm thinking that you may not be able to do that because of the 2FA procedures of your e-mail provider, so I've asked Public Mobile to contact you in the morning.
