Hello,
I’m trying to log into the account to update the credit card information but I can’t sign in.
I have two children who are using Public Mobile phone plans. For one of their accounts, we no longer remember the email address or the password. I tried using the phone number to recover the email, but it says that the number is not registered to any account.
Could you please help me verify the account and let me know how I can recover or reset the email and password?

hi @Jenny35 remove the phone number, this is just a public community
for login, please note that PM system requires one email to login for one Pm account only. If you have multiple lines with PM , you should have set-up different email logins for all the accounts. If you are unsure which email was usee for which account, you will need PM support agent to sort out the issue.
